Role Description

- We are looking for an experienced Manager – New Store Openings (NSO) to drive end-to-end delivery of current airport F&B; and lounge projects, from project initiation through successful handover and go-live.





Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end project planning, tracking and governance
- Ensuring projects are delivered within committed timelines
- Daily project tracking, risk identification and timely escalation
- Coordination across Projects, Procurement, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders

• Driving ARFF, BCAS Space Audit and other airport statutory clearances

• Ensuring timely application and procurement of FSSAI, Excise, Shops & Establishment and other applicable licences

- Handover, opening-readiness and project closure governance

• Root-cause analysis, delay accountability and continuous process improvement The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving and execution skills , with experience in airport, hospitality, retail, QSR or new store development environments .

Location: Mumbai / Travel as required

- Experience: 4-5 years as a PMC or a Projects Manager in a F&B; Company
