We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team in Greater Noida .

Manager – New Business Development

? Location: Greater Noida

? Qualification: Management Graduate

? Experience: 10–12 Years

? Preferred Industry Experience: Printing & Packaging

⭐ Preferred Expertise: Shrink Sleeves | BOPP Labels | Flexible Packaging

? What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities .
- Drive revenue growth through effective business development and customer acquisition.
- Build solid relationships with brand owners, customers, and key decision-makers .
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, meetings, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
- Lead commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into profitable business.
- Develop sales forecasts, business plans, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
- Work closely with Production, Pre-Press, Quality, Planning,



and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Contribute to long-term business development and strategic growth initiatives.

? What We’re Looking For ✔️ 10–12 years of relevant Sales / Business Development experience

✔️ Experience in Shrink Sleeve Printing preferred

✔️ Strong understanding of Shrink Sleeves, BOPP Labels & Flexible Packaging

✔️ Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation

✔️ Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

✔️ Excellent customer relationship and communication skills

✔️ Ability to independently manage the complete sales process

✔️ Solid commercial and analytical capabilities

✔️ Management Graduate
