Role Description The Manager – Lending Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves managing and expanding partnerships with lending institutions, designing and executing collaboration models, and overseeing loan servicing processes to ensure smooth operations.

The manager will monitor lending portfolios, track performance metrics, and work closely with internal teams to improve credit workflows and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with partners on product offerings, resolving operational and customer issues, aligning lending processes with business objectives, and contributing insights to enhance financial products and services. The role also requires preparing reports and dashboards for leadership, maintaining compliance with relevant policies, and supporting strategic initiatives in the lending and finance domain.

Qualifications

- 3+ years in fintech or lending: NBFC, bank or lending platform
- Exposure to disbursement, collections coordination and lending operations




- Proven ownership of revenue and conversion across a partner portfolio
- Direct experience working with partner credit and risk teams on policy decisions
- Familiarity with rule engines, routing logic and loan allocation
- A track record of building SLAs, SOPs and governance frameworks with institutional partners
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working independently with performance data
- Strong understanding of finance and lending products, including experience with loans and related financial workflows.
- Experience in loan servicing, with the ability to oversee end-to-end servicing operations and ensure process efficiency.
- Skills in portfolio management, including monitoring portfolio performance, risk indicators, and partner outcomes.
- Customer service capabilities with a focus on resolving partner and customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in managing or developing lending partnerships, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or fintech environments.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
