About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Safety to oversee and drive safety standards across our high-rise and super high-rise construction projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction safety management and the ability to ensure compliance with statutory and organizational safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall safety operations across high-rise and super high-rise construction projects.
- Develop, implement and monitor site-specific safety procedures, systems and standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor and improve safety practices related to construction activities, working at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, formwork, excavation and other high-risk activities.
- Investigate accidents,



incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs for employees, contractors and workmen.
- Coordinate with Project Heads, Site Teams, Contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of safety practices.
- Maintain and review safety documentation, reports, inspection records and compliance reports.
- Drive a strong safety culture across project sites and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in Construction Safety / EHS, preferably with reputed construction or EPC organizations.
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise / Super High-Rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, statutory compliance and risk management.
- Experience in managing safety teams and coordinating safety activities across large-scale projects.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Mumbai.
