About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Manager – Event Sponsorship to lead sponsorship acquisition and partnership management for LifeCraft4U's growing portfolio of events, retreats, workshops, podcasts, festivals, and community experiences.

This full-time, on-site role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships that align with LifeCraft4U's mission, audience, and brand values. You will build strategic relationships with corporates, consumer brands, institutions, and ecosystem partners while creating sponsorship opportunities that deliver measurable value for both sponsors and the LifeCraft4U community.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and secure corporate sponsorships for LifeCraft4U events, retreats,



workshops, podcasts, and experiential programs.
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with brands, corporates, and institutional partners.
- Develop compelling sponsorship proposals, customized partnership packages, and presentation decks.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements, commercial terms, and partnership deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to seamlessly integrate sponsor branding, activations, and engagement into event experiences.
- Ensure flawless execution of sponsor commitments before, during, and after every event.
- Monitor sponsorship performance, ROI, budgets, and sponsor satisfaction.
- Prepare sponsorship reports, presentations, and performance insights for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an active pipeline of sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships to support future events and platform growth.
- Identify innovative collaboration opportunities that strengthen the LifeCraft4U ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Event Management and Event Planning with the ability to execute sponsorship-led events.
- Proven experience in Sponsorship Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Business Development, or Experiential Marketing.




- Strong understanding of Event Marketing to maximize sponsor visibility, audience engagement, and return on investment.
- Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop sponsorship budgets, manage financials, and track sponsorship revenue and costs.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and partnership management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in event sponsorships, corporate partnerships, or business development will be an added advantage.
