About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Manager with 5-8 years of experience to oversee and coordinate operational activities across logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and related business functions.

The role will involve managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting technology-driven initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of automation, robotics, IoT, and digital workflows.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple teams, understanding operational challenges, identifying technology-driven opportunities, and coordinating with clients and technology partners to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
- Manage logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and related operational processes.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
- Support the implementation of robotics, IoT, automation, and digital workflow solutions.
- Coordinate with technology partners to support the deployment and adoption of technology-driven solutions.




- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and technology.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital workflows and technology-enabled processes.
- Work closely with management and relevant teams on business, operational, and technology initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational activities while maintaining quality, efficiency, and service standards.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operations and technology-driven processes.
- Knowledge or hands-on exposure to automation, robotics, and IoT-based solutions.
- Ability to understand operational requirements and support digitalization and process automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams, clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies and technology-enabled operational solutions.
