About the Role:We are looking for Managers / Assistant Managers with an MBA from a top-tier business school and a minimum of 2+ years of pre-MBA professional experience either in Technology or Supply Chain.

The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology and analytics. You will work closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders to understand business challenges, structure problems and support the delivery of data-driven and technology-enabled solutions.

The role will provide exposure to diverse business problems, senior stakeholders and opportunities to contribute to consulting, analytics and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Problem Solving & Analytics· Understand and structure complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.

· Analyze business and operational data to identify insights, trends and opportunities.

· Work with internal analytics and technology teams to develop data-driven solutions.





· Translate analytical and technical outputs into clear business recommendations.

· Support the evaluation of business impact and outcomes of analytics and transformation initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement· Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.

· Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, industries and operating models.

· Support client discussions, presentations and solutioning activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects.

Consulting & Business Development· Support senior leadership in developing proposals, presentations and solution approaches.

· Contribute to identifying and evaluating opportunities to create additional value for existing and prospective clients.

· Support the development of case studies, insights and thought-leadership content.

· Participate in discussions around new business opportunities and solution development.

Team & Capability Building· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across business, analytics and technology.

· Support and mentor junior team members where required.

· Contribute to improving processes, methodologies and ways of working.

· Take ownership of assigned initiatives and ensure high standards of quality and delivery.

Your Expertise:

· MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school.





· Minimum 2+ years of pre-MBA professional experience either in Technology or Supply Chain.

· Relevant experience may include:

o Technology / IT services o Software or technology organisations o Technology consulting o Product or solution roles o Supply chain planning o Procurement o Logistics o Supply chain operations o Other closely related Technology or Supply Chain roles

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to understand business problems and translate them into structured solutions.

· Good understanding of data, analytics and digital technologies.

· Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

· Strong ownership, execution and organisational skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
