Job Overview We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Malayalam Voice Processing Executives. The role involves handling customer calls, providing appropriate information, processing customer requirements, and maintaining effective communication in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities - Handle customer calls and communicate professionally in Malayalam.

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Process customer requests and follow the required procedures.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Ensure positive customer service and timely follow-up.




- Work towards achieving monthly targets and earning performance-based incentives.

Salary & Earnings - Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 - Performance Incentives: ₹1,300 – ₹20,000 per month - Bank Direct Commission: ₹1,000 – ₹15,000 per month - Additional earnings are performance-based and depend on achieving the applicable targets.

Requirements - Good communication skills in Malayalam.

- Basic communication skills in English are preferred.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work towards monthly targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
