About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical integrity of our property. You are not just fixing things—you are preventing problems, leading a team, and ensuring guest safety behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

- Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and fire safety codes.

What We Require
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a major plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- On-call availability for emergencies.
