Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules, including labor allocation and resource planning.

- Collaborate with quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in machine shop planning or a related field (production management).

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification.

- Solid understanding of industrial engineering principles, including time study analysis and work measurement techniques.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
