Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Machine Service & Automation Engineer with solid knowledge of both machine hardware and software. The candidate will be responsible for machine installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and technical support at domestic and international locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair machine hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, control and automation systems.
- Perform machine installation, commissioning and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, controllers and other automation components.
- Understand machine software, control systems and programming-related issues.
- Test and replace faulty electronic/electrical components.
- Coordinate with technical teams for complex machine repairs.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers.
- Maintain service reports,



machine records and repair documentation.
- Travel across India and international locations for machine installation, servicing and repair.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators or customers when required.

Candidate Requirements
- EC / Electronics & Communication Engineering background preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in machine servicing, repairing, automation or technical support.
- Strong practical knowledge of both machine hardware and software is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in machine repairing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic and automation systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose technical problems and provide solutions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad.
- Valid Passport is mandatory as international travel will be required.
- Candidate should be flexible for short-term and long-term overseas assignments when required.
