Job Responsibilities

- Operate production machines and equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.

- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and basic operational adjustments.

- Monitor machine performance and process parameters during production.

- Ensure production output meets required quality and safety standards.

- Maintain accurate records of production, machine readings, and downtime.

- Identify machine abnormalities, process deviations, and operational issues and report them to the supervisor.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment checks.

- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team during machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.





- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate production and machine status to the next shift.

- Work with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of machine and equipment operation.

- Ability to understand and follow SOPs and work instructions.

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of safety and quality procedures.

- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in shifts.

- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
