The role focuses on engineering productivity, intelligent search, and reuse of past project knowledge , with applications across CCPP and coal‑based power plant projects . The position also supports broader digitalization and AI‑enabled initiatives within engineering and EPC workflows.

Key responsibilities

- Design, build, and configure Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
- Develop custom applications and utilities based on business and engineering requirements
- Ground Copilot agents and applications on SharePoint / M365 project data for accurate, secure retrieval
- Design prompts, topics, workflows, and guardrails for consistent, reference‑based outputs
- Support digitalization use cases such as intelligent search, document processing, OCR, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to validate requirements, deliver solutions, and scale adoption

What we’re looking for





- Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio or enterprise conversational AI platforms
- Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to design, build, and maintain applications based on ASP.net with MS Visual Studio, SQL Server and Oracle, VBA, Python and Java
- Experience working with APIs, enterprise data, and automation logic
- Positive understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, data structuring, and access controls
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as intelligent search, document understanding, or retrieval‑based systems is a plus
- Experience with engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or project data preferred
- We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 Years experience with B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/M.tech
