Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods.

- Manage export logistics operations, including arranging shipments, tracking cargo movement, and resolving issues that may arise during transit.

- Prepare and process necessary documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin for exports.

- Monitor inventory levels at warehouses and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective storage and handling of materials.

Job Requirements :

- 2-3 years' experience in export import logistics or related field (e.g. freight forwarding).

- Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements.

- Proficiency in preparing various types of export documentation (e.g. DDP/DDU) according to country-specific requirements.

- Familiarity with air & ocean freight forwarding processes, including booking space on carriers' vessels/flights.
