Role Description The Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including scheduling shipments, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound goods.

The Logistics

Executive works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, ensure timely dispatch, and optimize transportation routes. The role involves tracking inventory levels, supporting basic supply chain planning, and preparing reports on logistics performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate shipments, inventory, and distribution activities.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client queries, interact with vendors, and maintain clear, professional correspondence.
- Basic Sales and coordination abilities to support order processing, delivery commitments, and collaboration with the sales team.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, logistics or ERP systems, and general computer applications.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage.
