Experience: 1-3 years

Budget: 30 to 40k per month, depending on experience and fit

Work Structure: 6 days/week, rotational weekly off, two shifts:

- Morning: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Evening: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

You must be available 30 minutes before every assigned session. About the Role : We're looking for a warm, camera-confident Session Moderator to host our live Zoom sessions. You'll be the first and last touchpoint for participants, setting the tone, managing the experience, and ensuring every session runs seamlessly.

What You'll Do

- Set up and test Zoom (mic, camera, waiting room, screen-share) 30 minutes before each session
- Welcome participants and introduce the practitioner and session warmly
- Manage chat, share links/resources, and handle participant permissions in real time




- Introduce relevant offerings (courses, memberships, workshops) naturally, without disrupting the session
- Troubleshoot basic audio, video, and connectivity issues calmly
- Coordinate with practitioners and internal teams pre- and post-session Maintain records, attendance, technical issues, participant feedback
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years in webinar hosting, event moderation, customer engagement, hospitality, or a similar front-facing role
- Fluent, confident spoken English and Hindi
- Comfortable on camera; warm, clear, and engaging communication style
- Working knowledge of Zoom (chat, screen-share, waiting rooms, breakout rooms)
- Calm under pressure; strong presence of mind
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented
- Professional on-camera setup, reliable internet, and a backup device/connection Genuine interest in wellness or spirituality is a plus
