We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee to join our logistics and supply chain team. The candidate will receive practical training in logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory management, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.

- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, records, and reports.

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.

- Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.

- Support order processing, dispatch, and delivery activities.

- Verify shipping documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related paperwork.

- Monitor delivery schedules and help resolve delays or operational issues.

- Update logistics data in MS Excel/ERP systems.

- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.





- Follow company policies and safety procedures.

- Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Willingness to learn logistics processes and ERP/software systems.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Supply Chain/Logistics), or any relevant discipline.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
