- Job Responsibilities

- Design structured, role-based training programs across Java, Spring, Hibernate, Generative AI, and related technologies.

- Deliver instructor-led sessions, workshops, and bootcamps with strong hands-on components (labs, projects, case studies).

- Convert business problems into practical exercises and real use cases.

- Create learning assets: content decks, labs, assignments, assessments, and reference guides.





- Measure training effectiveness through adoption, project completion, and business impact (not attendance or feedback scores alone).

- Mentor learners during implementation and support post-training application.

- Continuously update curriculum based on latest tools, trends, and enterprise needs.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.

- Requirements

- 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate training delivery

- Ability to design structured curriculum

- Convert concepts into exercises and case-studies

- Create assessments that test application, not theory

- Valuable communication and presentation skills

- Strong practical skills in Java, Spring Framework, common AI Frameworks, Python, Prompt Engineering
