Role & responsibilities

Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership

- Own and deliver the P&L; for the Sustainability Services business across all service lines.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan, targeting high-growth markets and

emerging sustainability regulations.
- Define annual budgets, revenue targets, pricing strategies, and cost optimization plans.
- Monitor financial KPIs, ensure healthy margins, and drive sustainable profitability.

1. Market Development & Business Growth

- Identify, assess, and prioritize market opportunities in sustainability consulting and assurance.
- Lead business development, collaboration with Sales, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry bodies, regulatory agencies, and sustainability

networks.
- Represent the company in conferences, client forums, and external stakeholder

engagements.
1. Client Engagement & Solution Delivery

- Ensure end-to-end delivery of sustainability projects with high quality and timely execution.
- Enhance customer experience through advisory workshops, technical sessions,



and solution

design.
- Act as the senior escalation point for key accounts and strategic projects.

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of sustainability professionals and technical experts.
- Drive capability development through training, mentoring, and recruitment.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment of standards and best practices.

1. Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure all engagements comply with international standards
- Drive internal audits, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12 -15 years of experience in sustainability consulting, carbon services, or environmental
- advisory.
- Proven track record in P&L; management, business development, and team leadership.
- Deep expertise in LCAs, GHG verification, carbon neutrality, carbon markets, or ESG frameworks.
