Responsibilities

- Decisions: Policy changes
- Process efficiencies to be driven.

- Interactions (Internal): Internal Clients - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work

- Product and Sales teams: to discuss risk policies and any required changes in policies/processes
- RCU: to discuss risk related policies from business impact perspective and learning from the field
- Collections: to discuss trends in debt management.

- Interactions (External): External Clients - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work.

- Dimensions (Financial): Loan Loss for CD: less than 1.30% of loss to AR.

- Dimensions (Other): Total Team Size: 8

- Number of Direct Reports: 2.

Qualifications

- Educational Qualifications: MBA Finance
- CFA (US) Level 3 Candidate

- Work Experience: 6-8 years of experience

- Knowledge of finance industry and experience in risk, underwriting and COE function
