Lead Project P&M; (Assistant General Manager)Minimum Qualification and Skills

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 10 to 18 years of experience in Plant & Machinery management within the Infrastructure and EPC industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of equipment maintenance, mobilization, and demobilization.
- Proven ability to manage P&M; operations as a profit center.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Lead and oversee the Plant & Machinery (P&M;) department, ensuring efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to operate the P&M; department as a profit center, focusing on cost control, revenue generation, and value addition.
- Monitor and manage the deployment, maintenance, and performance of all project equipment and machinery.




- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of machinery as per project requirements.
- Analyze equipment utilization and downtime, and initiate corrective actions to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the P&M; department, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all P&M; activities.
- Mentor and develop the P&M; team to build technical and managerial capabilities.
