Role: Lead Product & Pricing Consultant Banking

Experience: 8+ years

Domain: Banking / BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting and business transformation projects for global banking clients.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into business and functional solutions.

- Design and implement solutions for product, pricing, rates, fees, billing and revenue optimization.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, BAs and technology teams.

- Lead the functional implementation of banking product platforms.

- Improve banking processes, operating models and customer/product profitability.

- Guide teams through requirements, solution design, implementation and change management.

Must-Have Profile:





- 10+ years of functional consulting experience in Banking/BFSI.

- Strong experience in Product & Pricing, Rates & Fees, Billing, Revenue or Relationship Pricing.

- Experience in banking transformation / core banking transformation / process transformation.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.

- Experience with banking SaaS/product platforms is highly relevant.

- Robust experience in Retail, Corporate or Commercial Banking.

- MBA/Finance/Computer Science or relevant educational background preferred.
