Position: Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and confident in communication.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and online platforms
- Identify potential candidates and prospects based on company requirements
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead databases
- Schedule calls/meetings with qualified prospects
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid research and lead-generation skills
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Freshers can apply

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives Performance-based incentives & career growth opportunities
