? We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist – Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to generate qualified meetings with potential clients.

This is not just a lead-listing or data research role. We need someone who can identify the right prospects, approach them, communicate with them, follow up consistently, and convert conversations into meetings/demos for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Operations Heads and IT Heads
- Send connection requests and personalized outreach messages
- Start conversations with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Regularly follow up with prospects
- Book qualified meetings / demos with interested prospects
- Speak with prospects over LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email or calls when required




- Maintain proper follow-up and meeting records
- Work with the sales team to improve meeting conversion

Main KPIYour main performance goal will be:

Qualified Meetings Booked Per Month

We are looking for someone who can consistently bring genuine business meetings, not just provide contact lists.

Preferred Experience• 1–3 years in Lead Generation / Appointment Setting / B2B Sales

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Positive English communication skills
- Comfortable talking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Experience generating leads for IT Services, Software, ERP, Websites or Mobile Apps will be preferred

Compensation? ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

? Additional incentives based on meetings generated and deals converted

Location? Delhi – Work From Office

Candidates must be comfortable working from the Delhi office.
