About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified leads, research and analyse market trends, savvy in customer relation management and support the marketing team in converting business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a confident approach to speaking with prospects, and the ability to communicate professionally through calls, emails, and other business channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other relevant sources.
- Adept in understanding market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, and other lead generation channels.
- Conduct professional conversations with prospects to understand their requirements and assess business potential.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases, CRM records, and prospect information.
- Share qualified leads with the marketing and coordinate for further follow-up.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion opportunities.
- Ensure accurate data collection and maintain confidentiality of business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication, Marketing, Mass Media and Communication.




- 1–4 years of experience in a similar profile.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally with prospects.
- Ability to communicate clearly, explain products or services, ask relevant questions, and handle prospect queries effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead databases, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms.
- Ability to conduct online research and identify relevant prospects.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
- Experience handling CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Google Search, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience in the retail, consumer products, home & kitchen, e-commerce, or related industry will be an added advantage.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Lead quality and relevance.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Follow-up completion and response rate.
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM/database records.
- Achievement of assigned monthly targets.
