Role Summary:

To do market scouting, find new buildings, builders, and projects where Puzzle Parking / Stack Parking / Car Lifts can be sold. This is a lead generation + site survey role. Not hard sales.

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate - Any stream
- Must have: Bike + Driving License + Smartphone is MANDATORY
- Local area knowledge of Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune / Thane
- Daily visit 20-25 sites - under construction buildings, redevelopment societies, bungalows, commercial projects, hospitals, hotels
- Collect details: Builder name, architect, contractor, number ofparking requirement, contact number
- Click site photos, location, and mark on Google Maps
- Find societies where parking problem is high
- Handover hot leads to Sales Engineer for closing
- Assist Sales Engineer during client meeting and site visit if needed
- Daily reporting to Sales Manager - areas covered, leads generated, photos
- Daily field report on WhatsApp/Excel/CRM - No. of sites visited, leads, photos
- Maintain area-wise database of builders, societies, architects
- Achieve daily/weekly lead target

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
