About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Engineer Identity and Certificate Management with a strong software engineering background and hands-on expertise in DevOps, automation, and security engineering. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications while driving automation and security best practices across the development lifecycle.

This role requires a strong focus on software development, infrastructure automation, testing, DevOps integration, and certificate management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting Identity and Certificate Management solutions.
- Independently build and enhance software applications using Python and related technologies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Integrate security controls and automation into development and deployment processes.
- Create and execute automated tests, test scripts, and validation frameworks.
- Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical, operational, and testing documentation.
- Support containerized and cloud-native application deployments.

Mandatory Skills

Software Development

- Robust software development background with the ability to independently develop and maintain applications.
- Expertise in Python programming and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Bash/Shell scripting.

DevOps & Automation





- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:

- Terraform

- Ansible
- Experience with security automation and DevSecOps practices.

Cloud & Containerization

- Hands-on experience with:

- Kubernetes

- Docker
- Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native deployments.

Testing & Quality Engineering

- Strong experience in:

- Test planning and execution

- Test automation

- Test script development

- Testing tools and frameworks

- Test documentation and reporting
- Ability to create automated validation frameworks and integrate testing into DevOps pipelines.

Desirable Skills

- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Certificate Lifecycle Management platforms
- Security scanning and vulnerability integration tools
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
