Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Analyst - SAP S/4HANA EAM to drive Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires robust expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), EAM, Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), solution design, stakeholder management, and team leadership .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution ownership, complex system configurations, production support, mentoring consultants, and delivering business-critical asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA EAM solution design and implementation initiatives.
- Own end-to-end SAP EAM/PM delivery and support.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead complex SAP configuration activities.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Manage stakeholder communication and business expectations.
- Drive production support and issue resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams.
- Participate in Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support IAM, MDG, and asset data governance processes.
