Lead consultant Technology->Package Testing->MS Dynamics Testing Analyze business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Perform

Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Validate

Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service. Test custom workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Platform integrations. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Validate data migration, reporting, and backend database updates. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for defect resolution. Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.





Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities.

Required Skills Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing (CRM/ERP). Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies.

Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customizations, workflows, and business process flows. API Testing experience using Postman/REST services. SQL knowledge for database and data validation.

Experience with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
