? We’re Hiring | Landscape Supervisor

Interioforest Plantscaping Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on, responsible and detail-oriented Landscape Supervisor to join our team in Pune.

At Interioforest, we believe in “connecting humanity with nature in a creative way.” We work across indoor and outdoor landscaping, plantscaping, plant rentals, landscape maintenance, vertical gardens, and large-scale landscape development projects.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our on-ground landscape and maintenance operations and ensure that every site reflects the quality and design standards we promise our clients.

? What will you do?

- Supervise day-to-day landscape execution and maintenance activities at client sites
- Lead and manage gardeners, helpers and other site staff
- Ensure plants are healthy, properly maintained and aesthetically presented
- Monitor pruning, watering, fertilization, pest control, plant replacement and general landscape upkeep
- Ensure landscape work is executed as per drawings, specifications and instructions from the Landscape Architect / Project Team
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or maintenance issues
- Coordinate with clients and report site requirements, issues and progress
- Monitor attendance, productivity and discipline of the site team
- Coordinate with the operations team for materials, plants, tools and other site requirements
- Maintain site records, checklists and photographs
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and professional conduct at project sites




- Take ownership of resolving day-to-day site-level problems
- Coordinate with design team for plant selection and planning.

? Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Experienced in landscape maintenance / landscaping / horticulture

✔️ Comfortable managing a team of gardeners and helpers

✔️ Hands-on and willing to work on site

✔️ Good at identifying plant health and maintenance issues

✔️ Able to communicate effectively with clients and the internal team

✔️ Disciplined, organized and accountable

✔️ Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work

✔️ Comfortable travelling to different project sites around Pune

Experience: 5–10 years in landscaping / horticulture / landscape maintenance preferred.

Location: Pune
