We are looking for a Lab Instructor to manage and support the Chemistry Laboratory in the Science & Humanities Department. The candidate will assist faculty and students during practical sessions and ensure the laboratory is maintained safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist faculty members during Chemistry laboratory practical sessions.
- Prepare chemicals, solutions, glassware, instruments, and other materials required for experiments.
- Ensure proper arrangement and availability of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain stock registers, chemical registers, and laboratory records.
- Follow proper safety procedures while handling chemicals and laboratory equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the Chemistry Lab.
- Assist students during practical experiments under faculty supervision.
- Monitor the proper use of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
- Report damaged equipment, shortage of chemicals, or other laboratory requirements to the concerned faculty/HOD.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals and laboratory waste.
- Support the department in laboratory-related academic activities and other duties assigned by the HOD.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
