Position: Lab Assistant

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the R&D; team in fragrance formulation, sample preparation, and testing.
- Accurately measure and handle fragrance raw materials as per instructions.
- Prepare and label samples properly for customer trials and internal testing.
- Maintain records of formulations, samples, raw materials, and test results.
- Maintain R&D; laboratory cleanliness, equipment, and glassware.
- Monitor raw material and lab-supply stock and report requirements on time.
- Follow all safety, quality, and laboratory procedures.
- Support the R&D; team in fragrance evaluation, product development, and other assigned activities.




- Maintain confidentiality of company formulations and R&D; information.

Requirements
- GRADUATE/Diploma in Chemistry or related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory work and chemical handling.
- Valuable observation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn about fragrances and raw materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: As per experience and company standards. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
