We are looking for a polite, responsible and presentable Lab Technician cum Clinic Helper for our newly established Aesthetic & Oral Care Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Handle patient appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Maintain basic patient records and appointment schedules.
- Assist the doctor and clinic staff with day-to-day clinic activities.
- Keep the reception and clinic area clean and organised.
- Help with basic clinic preparation before and after procedures.
- Manage basic billing/receipts and other front-desk work.
- Maintain a friendly and comfortable environment for patients.
Requirements:
- 10/12th pass preferred.
- Good communication and polite behaviour.
- Basic computer and smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
- Presentable, punctual and responsible.
- Previous receptionist/clinic experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₹6,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
