We are hiring for a Manager Banca Channel (L2 | Level 7/8) to drive business growth and revenue through Bancassurance partnerships across the assigned territory.
Experience: 10–20 years
Location : Kolkata
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop frontline sales teams
- Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners
- Drive business targets and revenue through the Banca channel
- Support team members through coaching, joint field work and capability development
- Monitor territory performance and ensure achievement of business targets
- Drive partner productivity, sales initiatives and quality business growth
- Ensure adherence to business processes, compliance and quality standards
Candidates with robust experience in Bancassurance/BFSI, bank relationship management, sales leadership and team handling are preferred.
