8-10 + Years of experience with JIRA, having robust experience in Jira, administration configuration,
customization and support
- Act as the Jira Subject Matter expert and provide technical guidance to teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into Jira solutions
- Design and Implement Jira workflows, schemes, automation and integrations
- Manage Jira platform standards, governance and best practices
- Execute or support jira upgrades, migrations and cloud adoption activities
- Conduct User Training and create Technical/Process Documentation.
- Work with Stakeholders, developers, DevOps, ITSM and Business team
- Atlassian JIRA administration certification is a value add
