About Zakaas Bites

Zakaas Bites is a QSR/fast-food outlet serving burgers, fries, nachos, snacks, corn, salads, shakes, beverages and desserts.

Around 70% of our products are frozen/pre-prepared, and the Kitchen Helper will support the Chef with food preparation, frying, assembling, salad preparation, packing and kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Assist with frying, heating and preparation of frozen food products as instructed.
- Assist in preparing fries, burgers, nachos, snacks, corn and other menu items.
- Wash, cut and prepare vegetables and ingredients for salads and other food items.
- Assist with preparation of shakes, beverages and desserts when required.
- Assist with proper portioning and food assembly.
- Help with takeaway and delivery order packing.
- Ensure food is packed properly and according to the order.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, preparation area and equipment.
- Clean utensils, containers,



workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with receiving, arranging and storing raw materials and frozen products.
- Maintain proper storage and FIFO practices.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Help monitor food wastage.
- Support the Chef during peak hours.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, QSR or fast-food outlet is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physically active and comfortable working in a rapid-paced kitchen.
- Punctual, hardworking and disciplined.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Candidates from Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon, Jogeshwari and Andheri will be preferred.

Salary ₹15000/- per month, depending on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
