Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.

Candidate RequirementsKG Teachers
- Candidates with a recognized Montessori qualification/course can apply; B.Ed is not mandatory.
- Candidates currently pursuing B.Ed / M.Ed are eligible.
- Candidates without B.Ed/M.Ed may also be considered based on their overall suitability and aptitude for early childhood education.
- Passion for working with young children is essential.
KG to Grade 8 Teachers
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of relevant IB or CBSE teaching experience is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills are required.
- Candidates with experience in activity-based and student-centred learning are preferred.
Grades 9 to 12 Teachers
- Candidates with 5–15 years of relevant high school teaching experience are highly preferred.
- Solid subject expertise and classroom management skills are required.
- Experience teaching board-level or senior secondary students will be an advantage.
NEET / JEE Faculty
- Candidates must have proven and relevant NEET/JEE coaching or teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to prepare students for competitive examinations are required.
Ph.D. Candidates
- Ph.D. candidates will be considered exclusively for Computer Science-related teaching positions.
General Eligibility
- Employment gaps will not be a barrier for suitable candidates.
- Candidates from any location can apply, subject to willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
