1. Preferably working in tooling industry as QA.
2. Knowledge of HSS drill or Tooling industry.
3. Daily monitoring of HSS drill QA activities.
4. Monitoring and follow up of Milwaukee requirement.
5. Implementation/maintain of QMS/MMS documentation - ISO 9001:2025, ISO 45001.
6. Preparation of KPI/KRA, preparation of roadmap to achieve KPI/KRA target.
7. Handling of Customer complaint, preparation action plan.
8. SAP Knowledge, Daily, weekly & monthly KPI submission.

Candidate Profile DME/BE with 35+ Years’ experience with automotive / Tool Industry hands on working.

Knowledge of ISO9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 45001 standard, Knowledge of core tools PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA.

Hands on experience of process audits, product audit,



independently able to carry out inspection activity.

Knowledge of machining process & controls Grinding, turning, milling, heat treatment, plating etc.

Hands on experience of measuring instrument’s linear instruments (VC, Micrometer, profile projector, hardness tester etc.)

Knowledge of SAP working. MS office – Excel, power point and word.

Detailed Justification / To establish in Process Quality function to ensure Right quality parts supplied on time in required qty.

Establish seamless quality production.
