Role Description The Junior Quality Assurance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves executing manual testing for web and mobile applications, preparing and maintaining test cases, and performing regression, functional, and integration testing.

The analyst will document defects, track issues to resolution, and collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure product quality and reliability. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements, validating current features,



supporting release cycles, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and evaluate product behavior.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to ensure products meet functional, performance, and compliance standards.
- Candidates should possess Manual Testing and Test Cases skills to design, execute, and document structured tests across different environments.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services domains, including payments, banking, or crypto, is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
