The Junior Product Analyst is a full-time role within Core Product Engineering , focused on analyzing, improving, and validating digital products across the DHEX ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand user behavior, translate product objectives into actionable requirements, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
The role combines product analysis, data interpretation, structured problem-solving, documentation, testing, and continuous optimization . You may work across multiple products and use cases as priorities evolve.
This is an early-career accelerator role intended for individuals with strong learning ability, analytical thinking, and a high degree of ownership.
What You'll Do:
- Product & Data Analysis: Analyze product metrics, user behavior, feature adoption, and operational data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities.
- Product Requirements:
Translate business and product objectives into clear functional requirements, specifications, workflows, and evaluation criteria.
- Cross-Product Problem Solving: Work across different products and problem statements, adapting quickly as business and technical priorities change.
- User & Market Insights: Support user research, market analysis, feedback analysis, and discovery activities to improve product decisions.
- Telemetry & Performance Review: Evaluate usage patterns, adoption bottlenecks, error trends, and product performance to identify areas for optimization.
- Testing & Validation: Support test planning, verification, release validation, and feedback loops to maintain product quality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, feature specifications, analytical reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
- AI-Augmented Execution: Use AI and agentic tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, experimentation, and problem-solving.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics , or a related technical or quantitative discipline; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to work effectively with data and structured information.
- Familiarity with data analysis and manipulation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or BI platforms .
- Ability to understand product requirements, user needs, workflows, and technical concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High adaptability, strong learning velocity, and the ability to work effectively in a human-AI collaborative environment .
- Willingness to learn and apply recent AI, agentic AI, and productivity tools as required by the role.
- Demonstrated projects, internships, portfolios, research, or other proof of work are welcome alongside formal qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to product analytics, business analysis, product management, software development, or data-driven problem solving .
- Familiarity with product telemetry, analytics pipelines, dashboards, experimentation, or data modeling.
- Experience working on multiple projects or products with changing priorities.
- Ability to move comfortably between product requirements, analytical investigation, technical documentation, and execution .
- Prior internship, freelance, open-source, startup, or personal project experience demonstrating ownership and initiative.
