Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead design projects from concept to completion

- Collaborate with internal teams to create creative design solutions

- Should be able to track site progress and work with contractors, from execution of drawings through completion.

- Provide guidance to design and execution teams

- Communication and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate and explain a design idea/evolution of a concept

- Hands-on work ethic and a can-do’ attitude.

- Imaginative and resourceful with a keen eye for detail

- Comfortable and confident working under dead line and under pressure, while still delivering outstanding results

- Highly organized and process-oriented

- High energy and enthusiasm
- A strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and a desire to constantly learn





Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design with a focus on Residential Interior Design projects

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite with Revit being advantageous

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.

- There is likely to be a requirement for travel within the country (alone or accompanied)

- Fluent in English, verbal and written
