Skincare Educator & Formulation Associate, Glycophil (Jaipur, on-site)

We're a science-led skincare brand based in Jaipur. We're looking for someone with a Cosmetic Science or Pharma background to support our product development team and assist brands knowledge and educational content.

Supporting product development

- Help our team draft formula sheets
- Be the day-to-day contact with our manufacturing partner, and keep both sides in sync
- Manage samples: log what arrives, check texture and pH, record feedback
- Keep a version history of every formula: what changed, why, and who approved it
- Check every sample and document against the agreed formula, and flag any difference

Assist in Glycophil's broad educational and knowledge led content

- Ingredient explainers, product demos, routines and behind-the-scenes of product development
- Turn product and ingredient information into easy, accurate scripts, working from our approved claims
- Help with shoots regularly with our content team, and be comfortable with multiple takes
- Help our customer team with ingredient and routine questions





What we're looking for

- A degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science or Technology, or Chemistry (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc or B.Tech or cosmetic technology bachelor or master)
- Natural and confident with good command on labguage
- Can explain technical things in simple words without getting them wrong
- Understands formulation basics: emulsions, pH, preservation, ingredient compatibility
- Organised: you keep clean records and follow up without being reminded
- Freshers welcome, up to 2 years of experience

Nice to have

- You've made skincare or science content before, on any platform
- Hands-on formulation work in a college lab or internship
- An internship or job at a cosmetics manufacturer or skincare brand
- Familiarity with the Cosmetics Rules, 2020 and BIS standards for cosmetics
- Full time, on-site in Jaipur.
