Key Responsibilities

•Develop repeat prints, motifs, placement prints & colourways for lingerie and nightwear.

- Research and analyse fashion, lingerie, print & colour trends.
- Create seasonal mood boards, trend boards & print directions.
- Adapt artwork based on garment construction, scale, placement & production requirements.
- Support bra, panty & lingerie collection development.
- Coordinate lab dips & print strike-offs, including colour matching and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for artwork execution, sampling & corrections.
- Maintain print libraries, artwork files, colour references & development trackers.
- Support the Senior Designer in recent product development & design execution.
- Ensure designs are trend-relevant, commercially viable & production-friendly.

Requirements

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Mandatory

Strong understanding of fashion, prints, colours & trends

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work with vendors and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple designs and timelines

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
