NurturingCubs is a digital marketing agency based in Adampur, Jalandhar, managing social media, paid ads and WhatsApp marketing for clients across India, New Zealand and Australia.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who will work closely with our social media team and run ad campaigns for our clients. You will handle 6 to 12 client accounts, use AI tools such as Claude to work faster and smarter, and take responsibility for keeping your clients happy and growing with us. This is an on-site role at our Adampur office, Monday to Saturday.

What You Will Do

Social Media and Content

- Plan monthly social media content calendars for client accounts
- Work closely with the social media team and help with poster and reel creation when needed

Paid Ads

- Set up and configure campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads
- Monitor daily campaign performance and flag issues early

WhatsApp Marketing

- Run WhatsApp broadcasts, catalogues and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns for clients

Client Accounts and Retention

- Handle 6 to 12 client accounts day to day
- Share regular updates and performance reports with clients
- Take responsibility for client retention: keep clients happy, spot problems early and help them grow with us

AI Tools

- Use AI tools such as Claude for content ideas, captions, ad copy,



reporting and research

What We Are Looking For

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing (social media, Meta Ads or Google Ads), or a recognised course with practical work
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools for posters and reels
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Clear communication in Hindi and working English; comfortable speaking with clients
- Organised enough to manage several client accounts and deadlines at once
