Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Project Manager with hands-on experience in MEP/HVAC project execution. The candidate will support project planning, site execution, installation supervision, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP/HVAC systems at construction sites.
- Monitor site installation activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, purchase, and commercial teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support project cost estimation, budgeting, material planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify execution challenges, and support timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and implementing project execution guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, PMC representatives, and consultants to resolve site-related issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution, quality,



and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP/HVAC project execution.
- Hands-on experience in site installation, execution monitoring, and project coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, technical drawings, and construction practices.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project quality standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience to data centre, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
- Experience in vendor coordination, subcontractor management, and material planning.
- Familiarity with project budgeting and quality management practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile A proactive Mechanical Engineering professional with practical MEP/HVAC site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to support project execution from planning through installation and handover. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
