Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Junior Architect.

The Junior

Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, collaborating with senior architects, developing project plans, and ensuring design integration. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural drawings, coordinating with project teams, assisting in design reviews, and ensuring project timelines are adhered to. Additionally,



the Junior Architect will contribute to construction documentation and help integrate technical solutions into design processes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and building codes
- Knowledge of Integration techniques and Software Development applications relevant to architectural practices
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, timelines, and resource coordination
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in architectural software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Rendering Software) is ideal
- A commitment to sustainability and innovative design approaches is a plus
