- Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring adherence to organic farming guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective crop rotation, soil fertility management, and organic pest control strategies.
- Experience in Irrigation systems and Greenhouse cultivation
- Valuable Understanding on Fertiliser and Pesticide management
- Monitor soil health, irrigation systems, and plant growth to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organic certification requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of farm activities, including input usage, crop performance, and environmental conditions.
- Supervise farm workers, providing guidance and training on best agricultural practices.
- Conduct field research and trials to improve organic farming methods.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for farm operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth farm operations.
- Implement sustainability measures to minimize environmental impact.
