Ashshree Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team at Pune, Maharashtra.

Junior Accountant – 01 Vacancy

? Location: Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune

?‍? Experience: 0–3 Years

? Work Mode: On-site

? Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent accounting qualification

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
- Assist the senior accounts team in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and accounting statements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding bills, payments and documentation.
- Verify invoices, purchase documents and expense claims.




- Maintain accurate records in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Support the team during monthly closing, audit and financial reporting.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
