Job Opening: General Manager – Chemist Chain

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong background in chemist / pharmacy chain operations to lead and expand our retail pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of multiple chemist stores
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure drug regulatory compliance and licensing
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage and train store managers and pharmacy staff
- Monitor stock availability, expiry management, and supply chain
- Implement operational systems and process improvements
- Coordinate with distributors, pharma companies, and suppliers

Requirements




- 5–10+ years experience in a chemist / pharmacy chain
- Experience managing multiple pharmacy outlets
- Strong knowledge of pharma distribution and retail operations
- Familiarity with drug compliance and pharmacy regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Background Candidates from pharmacy chains such as:
- Apollo Pharmacy
- MedPlus
- Wellness Forever
- Guardian Pharmacy
- Any established retail chemist chain

Salary Negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
