Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Pune, Kharadi
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Desktop / End User Support.
- Robust hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and desktop troubleshooting
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Video Conferencing / Meeting Room support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
